Cancellation policies


Please note that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any of our memberships. We are an online service-based library of resources that is continuously being updated. If you were charged for your monthly or annual membership already there will be no refund. We ask that you submit your cancellation request at least three business days prior to your renewal date to allow time for our team to process your request.

Trial memberships are limited to one per person per calendar year.


From time to time we may offer limited special or bonuses based on your product, transaction, or offer. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you already have access to that bonus based on another transaction.


All sales of digital products and courses are final. There will be no refunds or substitutes allowed for any situation.


I understand that all conference purchases (tickets and other products/offers) are final.

Our seasonal intensives are offered outside of regular membership pricing and are open to both members and non-members. All intensive sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.


Our hope*writer coach certification program offers you the opportunity to grow in your skills as a coach and build your coaching business. As with all of our programs, your membership in our coach certification program is not eligible for refunds.


Coaching services purchased through hope*writers are nonrefundable.

If you believe you have been charged in error, you have 60 days to dispute the charge in question by emailing

Refund amounts will not exceed two payments for monthly members or one payment for annual members. Note: “charged in error” means a duplicate charge or your cancellation was not processed in a timely fashion before your renewal date. It does not mean forgetting the renewal date. Both our monthly and annual memberships automatically charge each month or year on the same day, so please be aware when your charges are coming.
