This is an incredible opportunity for highly motivated and driven 18 to 24 year olds who want to learn hands-on how to run a faith-inspired, multi-million dollar online business.

The Hope*Business Mentorship Program

Weekly cohort coaching calls

Each Monday at 11am ET, you'll meet with your cohort and your mentor to share what you are learning in the program.

Hands-on experience

You'll shadow key members of our team for 6-8 hours a week as you learn real-world skills in the 10 key areas of online business.

In-person conference role

You'll have a key role in our serving at our Christian Entrepreneurship Conference in Nashville, April 27-29.

Leadership Summit

You'll share your key learnings during our in-person Leadership Summit in Chicago, June 15-17.

During this exclusive, six-month opportunity, you will get hands-on experience in the 10 key areas of online business, including:

  1. Product development and launching

  2. Member experience design

  3. Community management and engagement

  4. Customer service and support

  5. ​Influencer and affiliate marketing

  6. Funnel and website building

  7. Copywriting and email marketing

  8. Video production and editing

  9. Social media marketing

  10. Business operations

This opportunity is limited to a small cohort of mentees between the ages of 18 and 24. The tuition for the hope*business mentorship program is $1,497. Applications are now open and they close on January 3, 2023

We consider hope*media to be a faith-inspired company. We regularly talk about our faith and even share biblical principles, but faith is not a requirement for this mentorship program.

  • What kinds of work will I be doing?

The goal of this mentorship program is for you to get hands-on experience working in the trenches of a fast growth online company. This means everything from online research, email writing, some graphic design and video editing, community management, research, brainstorming, and being part of our team meetings.

  • Do you have any paid positions available?

Information about our paid team positions comes available from time to time at hopewriters.com/hiring The mentorship program is a tuition based opportunity for you to get the training, support, and mentorship to gain valuable skills in working in an online company.

  • Will there be opportunities for employment after this mentorship program?

Potentially. Depending on the number of factors, including the skills that you develop, your attitude, work ethic, and availability on our team, there will likely be opportunities to join hope*media as a team member after the conclusion of the mentorship program.

  • Why are you charging for tuition?

Creating and managing this program to train you is quite a large investment of our team’s time. Although the experience will likely be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of your career, we did our best to keep the tuition at a reasonable level. Unfortunately, there are no scholarships available. Our core philosophy is this: When people pay, they pay attention, and where there is a will there is a way.

  • What if I want to quit?

You probably will. Running a successful faith-inspired online business is not easy. But all growth happens outside of your comfort zone. This mentorship program will be difficult as you will need to dig deep and grow in skills that you’ve likely never developed before. So, yes, quitting will be a temptation. But we will do our best to support you and encourage you. We don’t offer any refunds or exceptions

  • What kinds of products will I be working on?

You likely know our membership sites hope*writers and hope*entrepreneurs, or maybe you’re familiar with our publishing company hope*books. We are currently in a rapid growth phase of our company, and you will work on interesting and exciting projects as we seek to validate and launch additional membership sites, find ways to better serve our members, and expand our company’s impact and income.

  • How does the application work?

Applications for the hope*business mentorship program are now open and they close on January 3, 2023. Our team will then review all the applications and schedule a Zoom interview with our top candidates. Your acceptance into the program will be offered by February 1, and your tuition is due by February 15.

  • Why should I apply for the mentorship program

As we live and work in an ever-changing world, the mentorship program is your business boot camp to help you develop the real world skills you need to start and grow your own successful online business or be part of a successful online business.

  • What if I have no interest in being part of an online business?

Then don’t apply for the hope*business mentorship program. This mentorship program is specifically geared to driven 18 to 24 year olds, who want to learn hands-on skills in running a successful online business.
